Since discovering BYS in 2006, PTC has been following its principles and getting amazing results!

In the first two years of applying the BYS system to PTC, we have increased our service and product offerings by 50% (to almost 200 resources). Registrations for our programs/services increased from sometimes having to cancel due to lack of sign-ups to having every available program slot "booked solid" with "Ideal Clients." Simultaneously, our income has increased by 1000% (no, that’s not a typo), from consistently operating at a deficit to operating at a profit that is allowing us to become debt-free and have capital to reinvest in growing the company. We did this without increasing our fees!

After serving as a Team Leader for BYS and five other training programs offered by Michael Port, the author of Book Yourself Solid, I became a Certified Book Yourself Solid Coach. As a result of the expertise I've developed from training with Michael Port, I have been asked to write articles and textbook chapters for family-life educators and train client-service business owners worldwide how to achieve similar results. In fact, that's how Integrity Marketing started. Now, I’m the only certified BYS coach who is teaching BYS teleseminars independently...for the foreseeable future.

Now that PTC is undertaking a major expansion, we are requiring everyone who serves on our Dream Team to be familiar with the Book Yourself Solid system because it focuses on marketing with integrity by providing the best service possible to clients. It's about building relationships, not how to "sell" or how to use tricks and gimmicks just to get a sale or client. That's what we want all of our staff to do.
